Rule 112
Arrangement of awards

(1) The committee may give up to five additional salary increments as a reward to employees who have not been promoted to the highest rank in the performance evaluation form according to this regulation for five consecutive years in the same category. Such an award will be given by the Secretary General along with a certificate.
(2) If the increase in salary according to sub-rule (1) exceeds the final salary of the concerned employee, the amount of salary increase will be added to the monthly salary that he/she will get.
